- Elimination of trading losses or risk

2. Cohort-Based Educational Programs
2.1 Pre-Cohort Refund Period
For all cohort-based programs (3-Week Sprint, 6-Week Accelerator, 12-Week Mastery):

48-Hour No Questions Asked Policy: We offer a generous 48-hour refund period after cohort commencement. You may request a full refund for any reason within 48 hours of the first live session, no questions asked.
2.3 Company-Caused Issues (Available Anytime)
Full refunds are available at any time during or after the cohort if issues are caused by ForexLabs:
- Service Delivery Failure: If we fail to deliver scheduled live sessions or promised content
- Technical Problems: Persistent platform issues that prevent meaningful participation
- Instructor Unavailability: If the announced instructor becomes unavailable without adequate replacement
- Schedule Changes: Significant changes to cohort schedule without reasonable notice (7+ days)
- Content Misrepresentation: If delivered content materially differs from what was advertised
- Access Issues: If we cannot provide promised access to materials or community features
- Quality Standards: If service quality falls significantly below our advertised standards
2.4 Customer-Initiated Circumstances
After the 48-hour post-commencement period, refunds may still be considered for:
- Documented Emergencies: Medical issues, family emergencies, or natural disasters with supporting documentation
- Military Deployment: Unexpected military service requirements with official orders
- Relocation Requirements: Job-related relocation that conflicts with session timing
- Health Issues: Serious health conditions that prevent participation, with medical documentation
Note: These circumstances require documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2.5 Transfer Options
As an alternative to refunds after the 48-hour post-commencement period:
- One-Time Transfer: You may request a transfer to a future cohort of the same program level
- Subject to Availability: Transfers depend on available seats in future cohorts
- Time Limits: Transfer requests must be made within 14 days of the original cohort start date
- Fee Application: A $50 administrative fee may apply for transfers (waived for company-caused issues)
- Same Program Level: Transfers are only available to the same or higher-tier program (upgrades may require additional payment)
- No Transfer Limit: Unlike refunds, transfers may be available even after the 48-hour window for personal circumstances
3. Digital Products and Materials
3.1 Instant Access Products
For digital products, templates, and instantly accessible materials:
- All Sales Final: Once access is granted and download links are provided, all sales are final
- No Refunds: Due to the digital nature and immediate delivery, refunds are not available
- Technical Issues: We will provide technical support to resolve access issues but will not issue refunds
3.2 Bundled Products
When digital products are included with cohort programs:
- Refund eligibility follows the cohort program policy
- Digital materials accessed during the cooling-off period do not disqualify refund eligibility
